Reverend Harper primarily focuses on developing partnerships and alliances among churches and nonprofits on MOF’s “business as missions” platforms. He is also a part of the Executive Team of the Stephen Olford Legacy Ministry Project.

• President and Co-founder of the Harper Group that specializes in purchasing and developing depressed properties for rental purposes in the Hattiesburg, MS area
