We try to offer an array of social services at each of our complexes in order to meet residents’ needs and enhance their lives.
Recently, our social services coordinator at our Parc Fontaine apartments in New Orleans, LA, took on the task of promoting community among our residents. With 702 units at this complex, sometimes it can be hard to get to know everybody.
Our coordinator organized a movie night called “Meet the Neighbor” so residents could come out and spend time together. Over 75 residents and their families participated. They brought their pillows and blankets to enjoy the movie comfortably. Food and drinks were served, and neighbors got to know each other better before and after the movie.
We hope these positive community experiences breed trust, respect, and peace at Parc Fontaine!
